SECTION 3: HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Emergency Overview: White foaming spray. Contents under pressure. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat may cause bursting of can. Overexposure may irritate eyes and/or mucous membranes.
Potential Health Effects:
Eye: Irritation, redness, blurred vision
Skin: Mild irritation. Blisters may result from prolonged contact.
Inhalation: Coughing, shortness of breath. Severe overexposure may result in pulmonary edema.
Ingestion: Irritation to mucous membranes
Carcinogenicity: IARC - No NTP - No OSHA - No
Chronic: Prolonged overexposure may contribute to blood abnormalities and reversible liver & kidney abnormalities
SECTION 4: FIRST AID MEASURES
If Inhaled: Move to fresh air. Give oxygen to exposed person, if necessary.
If Swallowed: Do NOT induce vomiting. Dilute with water, followed by milk of magnesia. Get medical attention.
If In Eyes: Flush thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes.
If On Skin: Wash affected area with soap and water.

SECTION 5: FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Flash Point (oF) & Method: None Flammable Limits - Lower: N/A Upper: N/A
Extinguishing Media: water spray
Fire & Explosion Hazards: Aerosol cans are under pressure - exposure to temperatures above 120oF can cause bursting or "rocketing" of cans. Firefighters should use self-contained respiratory protection in buildings or confined spaces.
Hazardous Combustion Products: carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide
Flammability Classification: (NFPA) Level 1 Aerosol
SECTION 6: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
In case of spill or accidental release: Use absorbent material to soak up liquid. Place used absorbents into closed DOT-approved containers for disposal.
SECTION 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE
Precautions for Handling and Storage: Shake well before using. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames. Prolonged exposure to direct sunshine or storage above 120oF may cause can to burst. Do not puncture or incinerate can.
SECTION 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION
Respiratory Protection: Not required when used as directed.
Ventilation: General ventilation should be provided.
Protective Gloves: PVA or Neoprene gloves may be used.
Eye Protection: Safety glasses or goggles are recommended.
